Announcement

 

Following our retreat over the summer, the Team at ECO, have with great sadness and reluctance made the decision to close the Ecumenical Church of the Occitanie.

A number of events beyond our control, including illness, death and retirement have meant that our numbers have considerably depleted. This has left us without the resources and skills, especially technical, in order to carry on.

It has been a privilege over this last five years to share worship with so many people all over the world.

May God’s blessing be with us all as we continue our journeys of faith.

In the noise and pace of everyday life, it can be hard to pause long enough to hear God’s voice. Yet those quiet moments alone with Him can become the most life-giving part of our day.
Prayer doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s simply time spent with the One who loves us most. Setting aside a few quiet minutes each day can transform the way we see and live each moment.

 

You are the whisper in the breeze,
calm voice within each storm,
the lamp inside my darkness
and guidance along this road.
You are the hidden treasure.
You are the pearl of great price.
You are the one who occupies
the God-shaped hole within my life,
that no other can ever fill.
